Everything at Evil Labs is made to order. Here is what that means, step by step.
1. Preview in 3D
Every product page has an interactive 3D preview. Turn the piece around, zoom in, and on many pieces try the motion and see-inside views.
2. Choose up to 2 colors
Pick colors from our palette for each part of the piece. Some pieces are one color, many allow a second color on a separate part. Your chosen colors are what we make, though screens vary a little, so shades may look slightly different in person.
3. Silk (shiny) finish
Many pieces offer a Silk (shiny) finish for $3 extra. The default is a matte finish. The Silk option gives a glossier surface; it is chosen per item on the product page.
4. We make it and ship it
Your order is made after you place it. Allow 3 to 7 business days before it ships by USPS Ground Advantage with tracking, then usually 2 to 5 business days for delivery within the United States. Shipping is a flat $9.99 per order.
Returns and problems
Because each item is made in your chosen colors, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering. If an item arrives damaged or defective, email support@evillabs.shop within 7 days of delivery and we will remake it or refund you. Read the full Shipping and Returns policy.
