This policy explains what information we collect when you browse or order, why, and what choices you have.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, shipping and billing address, email address and phone number (if you give one), the items, colors and finish you choose, and any notes you add. We use this to make, ship and support your order and to send order emails.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep only the order amount and a payment reference.
- Cart and sign-in: the site uses cookies that keep your cart and your logged-in session working.
- Anonymous product statistics: to learn which products people like, the shop counts views, clicks and add-to-carts. This uses a random anonymous browser id stored in your browser (local storage). It contains no name, email or IP address and no tracking cookie is set.
- Color Studio: if you use the Color Studio to preview your own file, the file is processed in your browser and is not uploaded to us.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to fulfil your order: Stripe (payments), the shipping carrier (your name and address), and our email and hosting providers. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for tax and accounting rules (generally up to 7 years). Support emails are kept for as long as needed to help you.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and California residents have the rights described in the California Consumer Privacy Act (including the right to know, delete and correct, and not to be discriminated against for using them). We do not sell or share personal information. Email support@evillabs.shop to make a request. We may keep what the law requires us to keep.
Children
The shop is for adults and families ordering through a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page.
