Who we are
Evil Labs is a small shop based in Los Angeles, California. Contact: support@evillabs.shop.
Orders and prices
- Prices are in US dollars and shown before shipping; shipping is added at checkout.
- An order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order, for example if an item is listed at the wrong price or cannot be made as described.
- We do not charge sales tax at this time.
Made to order, colors and finish
Every item is made after you order, in the colors you choose. Colors on screen are a close guide, not an exact match, and can look different on your device. The Silk (shiny) finish is optional and costs extra; it changes how the surface looks and reflects light. Small differences between pieces are normal.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Using our products safely
Some items have small parts and are not suitable for children under 3. Items are decorative or fidget pieces, not safety equipment. Keep them away from heat and open flame; if an item is made to hold a light, use only a cool LED light.
Designs and credits
The designs we make are created by independent designers and shared under licenses that allow commercial use. We credit each designer on our Credits page and on each product page. Our site design and photos belong to Evil Labs.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for the items we ship matching what you ordered. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it.
