Each one is a flat, openwork ornament about 8 to 9 cm (3.1 to 3.5 in) across and only 2 mm thick, with a small loop at the top for a thread, string or ribbon. Hang them on a tree, in a window, from a curtain rod, along a mantel or on a wrapped gift, or hang the whole set as a garland.
